38 weeks with backpain after sex?

Hi im 38 weeks pregnant and me and my partner just had sex about an hour ago (sori tmi) and i have been taking contractions at about 3 minutes apart since however this is common for me its been happning the past 2 weeks. But the period like pain has stopped and now im having bad backpain. Its a constant pain well it eases up and then the pain gets stronger and so on. Is this just the baby lying on a nerve or is it a sign of labour? I have had nausea yesterday and today and had diarrhoea today too. I was 1cm dilated 3 weeks ago with a soft cervix, midway. I see the doctor tomorrow but just wanted to see what you all thought :D Thanks
 
With my second child, all of the contractions were in my back. I walked a lot to help ease the pain, because it hurt much worse to just lay there. It turned out that he was face up as opposed to face down when he was coming out. His spine against my spine.....very painful. I would call the doc, or go to hospital! You may be in labor!
