38 weeks and sharp pains in my leg/my leg gives out and i almost fall? also....?

lots of pressure in my pelvic area? is she hitting a nerve or something.. im concerned should I call the dr. take a bath? wait until the morning and see whats going on? This is my first baby and im due the 20th of december.
