im 1 cm dilated. but when i walk i get sharp pains in my pelvic area that feel like contractions. i go to the dr on the 12 do you think if i walk enough i could dilate more. I was told walking could help dilate quicker. i mean the pain is like a shock sometimes i have to stop and cross my legs to get it to stop. please any advice will help
