38-39 weeks upper back pain and sharp upper abdomen pain since last night,cant

sleep help!!? what is this? i do have really big babies and he moves alot. I have felt no braxton hicks but have taken the evening primrose for two days walked 2 1/2 miles the other day and have been dancing alot to induce myself and now I get those hard tightening feelings but no pain until last night i had dosed off and i woke up it felt like i had been stabbed with a knife under my ribs and my stomach, I didnt get any sleep my husband says that when i was asleep when i could barely dose off i kept telling him to stop kicking me in my stomach it hurts so bad. what is happening to me? my doctor takes up to 24 hours to call back I cant wait I need answers
