My boyfriend is 37 years old. He has a pretty severe family history of heart problems, and has already had one heart attack about 3 years ago. We have been together for a year today, and every once in a while he gets really bad headaches that literally put him out for the count for about 2 days. They come out of nowhere and he throws up a lot when he has them. He has no insurance and doesn't want to go to a doctor. Do you think this could be serious, or is it most likely a migraine? (he has had 3 severe ones in the year that we have been together.) Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!
