36mg concerta and 0.5 mg rivotril be used together

i was taking paroxetine and rivotril for many years now 2 months ago i stopped paroxetine and dr put me on concerta i am so depressed stressed nervous and very very anxious attacks most of the time im totally out of control muscles are very tight pulling
at night i take rivotril and then i feel better nervous anxioux muscle twitch etc gone and i can sleep then 6 hours please help
