I've got a client who wants me to photograph an odd shaped article that will fit in your hand and is not terribly heavy. The catch is they want an image for their website where you can rotate the article in any axis and see it from all sides. I've seen this for articles sitting on a surface where you can see it from all sides except the bottom. I assume the camera is placed on a tripod and a series of indexed images taken rotating the item. But what about the bottom view? What software and hardware do I need to do this properly? Don't let my "handle" throw you! I wear two hats. I am a professional photographer with professional lighting and camera equipment. I just haven't captured this type of image before...Thanks in advance!
