36 weeks pregnant, having tightening and sharp pains?

im 36 weeks pregnant and been experiencing constant back ache for 2 days now n just recently having tightening in my stomach every 10 mins so far.. n really bad sharp stabbing pains in vaginal area!! has anyone experienced this??? what should i do?
