3100 Re-hook up

Hi, everyone, new to this site. Seems like a nice place, with some very helpful people...I recently dug my 3100 receiver out of storage to watch my basic sub and found that none of my subscribed channels are showing up. Now, I logged onto the bell website and looked for the synchronize button, but I couldn't find it...can someone link me or explain to me why I can't find it?

;) Alot of Bell users are digging their old receivers out of the closet recently.

You can call in and get them to resync your channels.

On the website you login, then click on the go to TV tab, then under "usage and billing" you will see it at bottom of the list.

PS Do you have the latest smartcard released this year.
 
Thanks for the tip...see if I can find it...I know nothing of others digging out receivers.... *whistles*.....I don't want my head on a stick! Oh, I left the receiver off all last night and it didn't update...so I'm thinking that maybe that Bell deactivated it.
 
Even deactivated a receiver will still update software, not programming.

Barter asks if you have the New Smart Card.? Without it you will not see many channels.

I think you are going to have to call Bell....
 
Yea, I have the smart card! And yes, it's updating, just not showing my sub...sad times....and I figured out the reason why I couldn't do the hit online, it's because I didn't link my accounts! I'm in the process of doing so now and hopefully it will work. I'll let you know!
