I went to my dermatologis this morning and she said since nothing topical has worked so far, I should think about accutane. I told her I'm getting married in October and am worried about birth defects and hair loss (as I heard these are issues). She said that if I stop taking accutane 3 months before my wedding, it will not cause pregnancy problems. Is this true?
