31 weeks! If Uterus is near ribs, then why is baby only using up space from belly

bottom Down?? Is she too Sma? >>IS she too small is that why???

OCCATIONALY i feel a kick or poking in my rib but she uses the space from 3inches ABOVE my belly bottom to lower....

Note: had my 20 week U/S and all was fine..
