Finally diagnosed with Facet Joint Ostoarthritis L3-4 and L4-5, Schmorl's Nodes at T11,T12. Looking forward to ending of lower back pain due to an accident when I was 21 yrs old. A car wreck of course! Did the traction At University of Utah Med Ctr for 30 days to relieve hiernated disk @ L5-S1. The best decision I have ever made was NOT to have surgery. As I've gotten older though I have has increased lower back pain which as become a level 10 static(constant). I delt with it! Now at 51 I can';t take a deep breath as the Schmorls Node has a structual damage theory, loss of hydrostatic pressure in the disc ( a result of some end plate fracture or micro-fracture(google Schmore's Node) I am lined up for injections to the lurabar and see som not so positive results. PLEASE, if there are any positive results out there let me know. Thanks!:cool
