30 weeks pregnant and bleeding during sex, cramping afterward?

[30 weeks with Baby Boy #1]

I am 30 weeks pregnant & having a problem. Last night me and my fiance had sex, during which I started bleeding (he had blood on him)..and ever since I have been spotting slightly. Right afterward, my lower back was hurting and I had menstrual type cramps. I still feel the baby moving and everything like that, and the backache and cramps have gone away.

I called the doctor and the nurse kind of blew me off so I am currently waiting for my doctor to return my call.


Has this happened to anyone else? I am really worried :-(
