I got us cellular 5th, paid a 200 deposit, and paid 180.00 for a phone. I get horrible service. I know they have a 30 day return policy. My question is will they refund me in cash the cost of phone and deposit minus days used in cash since I paid cash? I'm worried they are going to mail me a check.
The reason this is an issue if it is a check is because I still have to go get a phone with another carrier and am counting on the cash to pay for a different carriers phone and service.
