3 yr old with swollen lymh node

i have a 3 yr ols son who about 2 months ago had a lymh node that sweeled up pretty large. the dr put him on 2 different antibiotics and it wne tdown alot. were are now seeing an ENT and he did a sonogram and said it measures 4 cm when a normal one measures 2 cm, so it's till large. he said we should wait a couple months and see what it does or have it removed. he had a cbc done and it all came back they said beautiful. so now i'm just not sure what to do
