Straight in a Gay way

Growing up I was very skinny and never able to burp. I would just get bloated and it would digest into flatulents, which I did often. I would get bad anxiety sometimes and feel like I was going to vomit but it would go away after a short time.
About 3 years ago I started to feel a sharp pain in the left side of my chest and I thought it was my heart. It lasted a couple of days and I went to the doctor and he thought it was a muscle strain so he told me it should go away. I also told him about my anxiety and he prescribed Cymbalta for me. Around this time I also gained the ability to burp, I didn't know if it was because of the Cymbalta but that instantly changed my life for the better. My anxiety associated with feeling stuffed was gone for good. I also quickly gained around 30 pounds in about 3 to 4 months (130lbs to 160lbs). The thing is the chest pain never went away, it just because this dull tight pain that sits where my heart is. Sometimes it feels worse than other times but it was always there. Plus I burp a lot!! I stopped the Cymbalta after around 9 months
About a year ago I started getting bad heartburn daily. I went to the doctor and they prescribed Omeprazole which got rid of the heartburn but the dull pain was still there and have been since the beginning. They also say my blood pressure is high every time they check it (high 1st number, normal second number. I don't know what that means) but they say it could just be nerves. I get the pounding heart feeling a lot when lying down on my back or in bed for sleep.
Sometimes the dull pain becomes sharp again but it's only brief. I feel like if I stretch a certain way the sharp pain will happen and i'll get the pounding heart. They did an endoscopy and they found a "node" in the stomach that's next to the esophagus. They said it was small so they just did a ultrasound it it looked ok. They want to do another endoscopy to litigate it (rubber band it) but I can't afford it. Lately, I've been getting pain in my left pinky and left foot (like a numbness) and sometimes they fall asleep (2 to 3 times a week) and it's getting progressively worse. It started out as once in a while but now the numbness is spreading into the hand and arm and lasting most of the day. My left hand and arm often get cold too. Every time I o to the doctor they never gave me a straight answer and it drives me mad. I just want some peace of mind and some answers!! I don't have insurance so doctor visits are very expensive. Could this all be related to the stomach and heartburn or could it be something more serious??
