3 wks late period,lower abdominal and leg cramp during night time,pregnancy

test negative.should I go doctor? But I feel I am pregnant-funny food crave + funny sense of smells, nousious all the time and i had spotting...my period is usually very regular, should i worry maybe it is something else?!
