please ASAP give three reasons why the media should display the rape victims names and 3 reasons they shouldn't.

If you got falsely accused of rape, would you want your name in the media and not your (false) accusor's name?

Somewhere between 27% and 65% of rape accusations are false (or so nebulous that it's impossible to determine the truth).
