...really pregnant or not? After my 3 home preg tests I was excited to see a positive result all 3 times. but a few hours ago i started my period. not just spotting, my normal period. Doctor is not available today but really concerned what this may mean??? HELP!!!!
 
Could be a chemical pregnancy - which essentially means a very very early miscarriage. You might want to see your doctor for a scan and blood tests.

Just because it's Saturday doesn't mean doctors aren't available. All clinics have after-hours answering services and if the call the MD on-call for the weekend will call you back at home and decide if you need to be seen in an urgent care clinic or if it can wait until Monday. Good luck.
 
Usually the hpt are not wrong espcially with 3 positives. So to rule out any false positives: Did you check the expiration date on the strip? Did you wait too long to read your result? Are you sure yo use the strip correctly. If you felt you did everything correct then you should be pregnant. But even if you are and you're bleeding now then you just have to treat it as another period because this early in the pregnancy, even the doc's can't do anything to prevent a miscarriage.
 
It could be a chemical pregnancy (Early miscarriage) or could be fine, I had at least one normal period when pregnant every time.
Some women can bleed and be totally fine.

To be safe I would take a trip to the ER, they will run some tests and determine whats going on, they may even do an ultrasound transvaginally to see whats going on in there.

Congrats on the positives, don't panic right now, see what they say first

Bleeding during the Pregnancy is not a good sign...especially bleeding like Period, I dont want to be terrible person but you might be having miscarriage, dont wait for your Doctor go to the Hospital right away. I hope everything will turn out alright.
 
Its possible to get your period even though you are pregnant. Pregnancy tests detect a hormone your body produces when you are pregnant, so if you are, the test comes out positive. Chances are, if you have taken three, and all three say positive, you are (:
Just make sure you get checked out for the bleeding. I had my period when I was pregnant... it was just a lot shorter.

you need to take another test, i think u got a false positive :(
anyways if ur other test says negative, then that's it...
if it says positive then it might be that ur miscarrying and you need to run to your doctor he might be able to save your pregnancy .
 
See your doctor as soon as he/she is open again. They will be able to take a blood test or do an internal ultrasound. Some women do get a regular type period throughout their pregnancy, however you should also prepare for your doctor to tell you that you're no longer pregnant.
