Hi guys/gals
My partner has USB 3 mobile internet into there Laptop.
It worked fine then suddenly stopped - after a lenghty phone call to '3' they sent them a new USB stick.
Now the USB wont connect to the internet.
They have phoned them and they sugested that she checked her internet connections - which I did fine.
It stated the USB was working fine - there was no faults anywhere else in regards to internet options/connections.
One thing I did fine whilst checking the hardware part that 'Run32/tunnel' has a problem?
Ive not heard of this, and browsin the web I cant find anything on it...
Any ideas guys/girls?? She cant use her laptop and its costing her each month - 3 dont seem to want to help.
