3 mobile have over charged me?

Hi,

On with 3 mobile (have been for 2 year +), tried to make a call today and i'm told i'm over my credit limit. So i call 3 customer service and i'm told I'm £99.98 over my allowance (600 mins & 100 texts). I don't understand how this is possible...

The women on the phone was useless but basically I need to want until my bills is processed on the 3rd. I checked online and its not internet usage (which was my first worry) and I can look back on my phone as far back as the 15th March and I haven't called any 0845 number or abroad. Which I rarely do anyway. Plus, I have never went over by more then £15 before..... Just counted and i've sent approx 45 texts over my allowance (which is pretty normal).

I'm very stressed out, I can't do much until the 3rd.... hum Has this happened to anybody before, and did you sort it out?
