3 medical problems

Hi! I'm 17 years old and I'm from Estonia.

I don't know if this is the right place, I just googled for help. I hope whoever
You are out there can help me. I have 2 more important problems and 1 (maybe)
minor problem.

The first thing, that no doctor has yet to answer me: My hands shake.
Constantly. So does my brothers and my mothers hands. Some important doctor said
it's my thyroid gland and then tested me for it. Everything was normal. So then
when I got really desperate (I act and play guitar, so it's really annoying)and
I went to a guy who put needles in me. He told it is caused by my adrenal gland
giving off too much adrenaline. But the punctuotherapy didn't really help me, my
hands still shake, they have been all my life. My brother doesn't have it that
bad, he's 9 years older than me. My mother has about the same amount on
shaking.

Second problem should be easier, I have had problems with my lower back for like
2 years. Especially the left side of my lower back. Sometimes there's few days
when it constantly cramps. What can it be caused by and how to avoid it? No
other parts of my bodymuscles are affected by that problem, just that one for 2
years.

Third and final problem. I have NEVER peed in my bed that I remember of (so ever
except my babyhood) but today, being 17 years old, I woke up peeing. Luckily I
woke up immediately and could go to the bathroom. But I'm very astonished that
it happened. I would like to point out that the day before I woke up because I
really had to pee. That time I went. Both nights before I didn't drink or eat
anything different or different quantities than other nights. May this be some
infection or disease I need to check out?

Thank You if You bothered to read it all and answer me, it is very much
appreciated.

Waiting for Your response,
Oliver.

ruudi93;

1 - get tested for Parkinson's disease

2 - that could be your sciatic nerve. Are you able to get help from a chiropractor?
You might want to have it scanned too to make sure you don't have any disc problems in your back.

3 - that's weird, but it might just be because you're a teenager and going through changes and sleeping deeper. Keep an eye on it. If you start drinking alot and peeing alot then get tested for diabetes.
