i recently bought a £15 voucher for my internet USB modem which would give me 3gb of internet usage but when i went onto the website to top up it was going really slowly and somehow.. they only gave me 1gb of usage instead of 3gb.. has anyone else had this problem?
and yes i am VERY 100% sure that i paid £15 for the voucher.
i gave the receipt to my mother and she doesn't have it anymore so i can't complain or get my money back or anything..
