3 Children in Mazda Premacy?

Hello.
Why it's not possible to fit 3 child-seats on the rear seats of the Mazda Premacy 2.0 TDI (2000)?
The manual

clearly say that a child sit should not be fitted on the central rear seat.

This is rather strange as the central sit has both lap and shoulder belt.

where ever you have a seat belt you can fit a car seat and sounds like its time for a van or bigger car
