3.1.3 3g iphone Keeps Dropping Signal On And Off Problems

This phone is a 3g iphone and was on 3.1.2 with baseband 05.11.07 and all it did was show hardly no signal so i upgraded it to 3.1.3 with baseband 05.12.01 jailbroken by spirit and unlocked by ultrasn0w 0.93 and want to run it on orange UK.

The weired thing is if i take out the sim and put it in another phone get the signal up showing good strength then take that sim out back out the other phone and put it back in the iphone it then shows up with really good signal strength but after a while this then goes to no signal again???

Can anyone help me with this problem??

No one come across this problem before, surely someone can advise me please!!!

The original sim is a O2 but the one i put in it is an Orange, i've tried other sims and it does the same thing, put the sim in another phone and get good signal then put it back in the iphone and signal stays on for a while and as soon as you move about the signal goes to zero bars, if you keep the iphone in the same place it will keep signal all day then as soon as you move around it goes to zro signal??

It's driving me crazy!!!
