3.1.2 can upgrade to 3.1.3 ??? New BootROm !

Was asking if i can upgrade 3.1.2 to a 3.1.3 3Gs. i have jailbreak lots of iPhone block on 3.1.3 using spirit + new BOOTROM!!

But on this forum i read that many is telling that iPhone 3Gs new BOOTrom cannot be JAILBREAK ! That RIGHT?
 
If you have stored SHSH-s on PC or Saurik server BEFORE to be released iOS 4 - then is possible ... if not ... then no way ( for now ) ... due to Apple will not sign older 3GS versions anymore
