2x^2 +8x +5=0 How do i simplify to simplest radical form using completing square method?

2x^2 +8x +5=0

Here's what i've done and what i'm stuck on.

divided by 2 to get rid of a

x^2 + 4x + 5/2=0

completed square

(x+2)^2 -3/2 = 0
x+2= Sqrt of 3/2

x= Sqrt of 3/2 +2.

What do i do after this? :S
