2nd shipment of PS3's in March?

I had planned to go to a small town walmart at 8am this morning, but i called them first and the manager said they have 6 units, and 6 ppl in l ine. But he said i could wait for a raincheck and be guaranteed one when they get the next shipment, in March. He also said it would be a smart idea because he had already talked w/ gamestop and all the 1st gens are having problems.

not everyone, he said theyd give 10 rain checks because they didnt know how many they would get in, yes they are free, but theres no way id wait 12+ hrs for a raincheck

How would a wal mart manager know when sony is shipping out more PS3s? I thought the Kaz had mentioned wanting a second shipment of PS3s before Xmas.

My brothers best friend is a general manager at Target and he said that they would be getting more before x-mas so i

no one really knows. I doubt even Sony knows...

Sony wants to ship another couple hundred thousand before the new year. I think the price on ebay will drop drastically once the supply increases. Also I think theres another release before christmas. All speculation so don't listen to me.
