I blew a .22 on a 2nd OWI. what kind of jail time am i facing? i know its minumum 5 days up to a year, but what is the norm that is charged? Im going to my prelimenary hearing tomorrow should i plea not guilty and ask for a court appointed lawyer or just not plea at all?
