can anyone explain to me how the 2 pumps work in my ford lightning? i have replaced 1 fuel pump(the one that doesnt run when you turn the key on) the fuel filter, and the regulator. did get the truck to start, but will not stay running. also purchased a obd2 scanner and it will not read, but thats another preoblem. any help is greatly appreciated.
