I m a permanent resident now and live in New york, and before i was educated in france where i got a 4 year degree from a college in marketing and international affairs....
my academics tough were not strong enough to consider directly a graduate program and for that i want to do a bachelors degree in Economics, i had before validated some classes in the field, even a couple of them , i did just not do the "science part' like econometrics, calculus..etc...
I m right now filling out FAFSA , but will it be consider as a second bachelor's degree for an eventual financial aid, and do you think i have a chance of getting aid even if the first degree was outside of the US ???
