2day preference crash

Hi All .....

I'm just going to throw this out there and see if anyone has had a similar problem (since I'm pulling my hair out):

When I go into the "preferences" of the application 2day, I get an immediate crash / reset of my handheld. No matter what I try, I get the same thing. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and get the same results.

At one point, I did have the preferences set as I wanted.......unfortunately now that I tried to uninstall / reinstall to get it to work, all of those preferences are now gone and I can't get the program where I want it to be (preference wise).

Any idea's ???

Have you recently installed any other apps that might be conflicting with 2day? I have Palmrevolt installed on my T3 and it conflicts with several apps. I've disabled its interaction with those apps and things work fine.
 
Maybe try just deleting the preferences of the app....? I use Zlauncer on my T3. It allows you to tap and hold the icon for an app which pops up a menu. On the menu you can select "Trash Bin". When you select this option a dialogue pos up which allows you to select what you want to delete. The choices are: "application", "related databases", & "application preferences". Sometimes deleting realted databases and preferences for an app has helped me if I have an app that begins to malfunction for some unkown reason. I think the prefs and related databases files can sometimes get corrupted though I'm not sure how... maybe through the Hotsync process. Anyway, i have used this method often and a lot of the times it helps.
