29weekspreg sharp vaginal pain. help!?

my question is im having lots of pain on the left side of my vagina past two days and some in my lower left abdomen what can this be???what can i do,?? i dont see a doctor till next monday at my 30week app.im 29weeks pregnant with my 1st child a baby boy, first off i eat healthy drink lots of water and occasionally milk rarely soda. ive been getting tons of rest the last few days really nauseated though everytime i eat or drink not really been hungry. baby is tvery active i use the bathroom regularly and do not have a infection im not on my feet alot or do anything to cause me to be sore and no sex or anything else either. im not due untill april 21st have NOT lost muscus plug but at the start of january i had back pain went to the hospital was havin contractions they stopped them i dilated to 1, had a follow up appointment they said my cervix was great and thick. gave me soms pills to take for the back pain have had a few problems but meds always helped, dont wanna take meds for this cause its different.
