Why isnt there a thread about this?! Its an ace film, bit gory, bit scary, well messed up morals towarRAB the end.

The best part its british! Normally the 'famous' british films are a pile of shite, ie. Hugh Grant, a kid/woman/both, some silly plot. I'm glad to say this had its moments and effects on par with the big hollywood movies. The only question is: why cant we make more like this?

Unfortunately, it has a real bad first 5 minutes. I really didnt want to like it after the first scene, and the movie could have been that little bit better if it just started with the lead guy waking up, so the audience knew as much as him.

Also, seemed to be plenty of product placement for pepsi & mars (obviously the snack of choice after populations are wiped out) :)

Really good film, again, why the hell cant we make more movies like this. This film could be huge in the US if its released and marketed right. Great stuff.

I watched it yesterday afternoon and I thought it was brilliant. I wasn't scared while watching it, I don't get scared when watching films for some reason.

Two funny parts of the film was the deserted supermarket scene and then him putting down the Mastercard at the till. And when the girl hits the guy over the head when he's kissing the woman and the girl says "I thought he was biting you"

I hope more British films of this quality are made.

almost good film - shame about the 'feelgood' ending - imho it should have been more bleak - the jet coming back round and straffing them :(

I don't believe what I'm reading. 28 days later was an terrible film !! The acting was terrible, the story was terrible and the technical quality of this film was truly awful !!! O' God tell me this is a wind up !!!!!!

It was shot on DV so it wasn't supposed to have pin sharp visuals. But I loved the editing and visual sense.

The acting was generally OK but the little girl was a waste of space.

The story was really interesting and always made you wonder what was gonna happen next. Amongst British films it's definitely one of the better ones. I do agree the first scene could have been dropped and the film would've been helped.

A very well realised and disturbing piece of film making. It managed to createa realistic atmosphere and setting.

Unlike "Resident Evil" which was very similar but completely unbelievable and therefore not scary at all.

The most disturbing thing was the speed and violence of the infected people. In most zombie films the zombies move so slowly. In this film they run and jump through windows.
