25% of GM’s White Collar Workers Layed-off – How many of them are changing their

vote (now)? ..just askin'.

90% of the 25%, i.e 22.5 %. This bis because they know that Obama will fight outsourcing, oppose treaties which hurt American workers, and provide retraining for others who want it. McCain is a free trader who doesn't give a damn about the American worker. His only interest is corporate welfare, and how much money he can make from it.

GM has to spread the wealth too much, Obama will make it even worse spreading the wealth to take care of the lazy butts that do not work and live in free government housing, free Medicaid, free food stamps.

If they are smart they will vote Republican, the Democratic congress has done everything in their power to sabotage the economy the last couple of years ie. not increasing oil production at home and lowering oil prices which hurt our entire economy.

Irrelevant. GM never learned to produce lower profit but smaller, fuel efficient, but consumer desired, products. This is an economic issue, not political. Blame senior management, not politics.

do you not think that if obama is elected it will drive more corporations over seas in order to pursue lower taxes? obama would not be the solution to their problem and they know it.

Chaniging their votes to who??
Its a politicians fault that GM can't make cars that compete anymore ???

First of all, this is GMs fault. But if you want to relate it to politics, Obama's economic plan would lead to more lay offs due to higher taxes.

Maybe they will vote for Obama so that he can further strengthen the UAW, who fights for the "little guy" so they can make 100k a year installing airbags and be unfireable, while penalizing the "greedy fat cat" employer until he can no longer make a profit. GM still sells about as many cars as Toyota, and more cars than any other auto maker in the world, the problem is they lose money because of excessive salaries and endless benefits forced upon them by the UAW and their strong armed tactics. The "little guy", backed by the UAW has sucked the life out of a once unrivaled powerhouse in the auto industry. They lose money when they make a car, and if they don't make a car, they lose more money because the union contracts force them to pay employees for not making cars. This is why US auto makers can't survive a slow down in the economy when car sales falter, and this is why Ford & GM are closing US plants and opening them in Mexico.
Obama wants to do the same thing on a larger scale to the US. Spread the Wealth, only worse, you don't even have to work to benefit from his plan.

And that is just the preview of coming attractions. Hold on tight Boys &
Girls the ride is just beginning.
