25+2 weeks pregnant and awful tail bone/coccyx pains.. help!?

I wanted to know if coccyx pains were normal in pregnancy, or if you or anyone you know has had this problem.I have quite a prominent bump but am carrying low. I get the pain every so often, and it feels really painful when I try to bend over or sit down or lean forward even slightly. I've got this pain at the moment and am sat on the sofa trying to keep still! Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening?
