post urination for 1 week? i had a UTI a few years ago. this does not feel the same. almost but not quite. i ache, not burn, but ache, post urination and only for a moment lasting approx 1-2 sec. i am sexually active but with the same partner for the last 2yrs. i had an OBGYN appt just last month and everything was clear. the pain just started last week. when i had a UTI the pain was unbearable only after a few hrs and i had blood in my urine, as stated, this is not the same. i have had this pain for 1 week. other than aching post urination feel fine. urine color/odor is normal. no bladder tenderness. no fever. no chills. however, occasional sense of frequent urination but only first thing in the morning or after a run. i do wake up in the middle of the night to urinate now which is not typical. did have right flank pain for 1-2days last week but after kicking the dogs off the bed it vanished over night. slight constipation but still having daily movements about half of typical. acquire constipation less than monthly (every other month)
