23 year old graduated college and STILL a virgin got 2 questions?

Well I am almost 23, i had like 5 serious and ling term relationships and I never had sex. I would rather wait until I get married but would probably give it to someone if they showed me that they truly deserved it, they treated me nicely and if I were really comfortable in the relationship..

So I have 2 questions:

Is it a turn off if a girl is still a virgin at that age range ( I mean graduated college and still a virgin)

and secondly: what would a guy think of me if I told him why I wanted to keep my virginity all this time? wouldn't it seem like I am full of myself or like I think no one deserves it as if it was a prize ?....(that's now how I think, I just want to protect my feelings, I don't want to feel like I gave it to just about anybody)
 
Here in California, we lose our virginity at the age of 15.You're a LOSER for being 23 and still being a virgin.
but, I wouldn't date a girl that isn't a virgin.It just grosses me out knowing she's already had sex with someone else.
