im 23 weeks pregnant, is it okay for me to play softball? im NOT going to be running, or hitting, but is it okay to like pitch the balls or throw and catch?? this might be a dumb question but this is my first baby so im just learning new things, help me out!
If you already have been it should be ok but this is a question for your doctor. He knows your medical history and what's been going on in your pregnancy so far. Call his office tomorrow and ask him.
