I am only 21 and wake (more so then not) in the middle of the night burning up! Not sweating or anything im just sooo hot. I have the fan on and the ac turned up and I lay there almost naked sometimes with the cold air on me to the point where i know my skin is freezing to the touch but i feel like my blood is boiling inside. I am not over weight or taking any meds, this has been gonig on for over 6 months now. I do have a 2 year old so ive been pregnant before (dont know if this matters) And when this happens i cant go back to sleep until i completely cool down which takes a while.
21 years old and waking with hot flashes?
