2011 Touring 103 PowerPak testing by Fuel Moto

We have our hands full with all of the testing at the moment, another reason we are going to put in second dyno. In the next couple days I will post results from adding the PC-V and Stg 1 air cleaner along with slip on mufflers, and then will swap out the head pipes for our Jackpot 2/1/2. We are also in the process of a bunch of cam testing on our 96" bike this week. I will post results as we go along.

The chart posted was our baseline testing. We already know that the catalyst head pipe is very restrictive by comparison from the many other factory 103" models that we have tested, most specifically the 2010 Ultra Limited which is same motor as the 2011 and we have tuned many, many of them. Here is a dyno chart from a head pipe swap on 2010 Ultra Limited http://jackpotmufflers.com/2010EGjackpot212vsstk.jpg

They use the same Delphi system, the only difference is the on the softails some models use a CAN network and the CVO convertable is now drive by wire.

I just called and placed my order for a PC-V for my 103" with SE a/c, FullSac header and 4" Rineharts. Can't wait for it to get here so I can remove my catalytic header pipe.
