2011 Road Glide Ultra Is Mine

Very good choice. I received the 2011 line up by e-mail Friday morning, and the FLTRU was at the bottom of the page.Yesterday I got the VIN number of a vivid black still in the crate in Fairbanks, and sent in the paper work to my credit union and got the loan and bike secured.
If you or anyone else care to comment, the only little thing that stands out to me is there is no rear crash bar. Monday I'm calling up to Fairbanks and see if they can secure one and install while there doing the setup.
I hope this is'nt considered hi jacking your thread.

Congrats on your new ride

I've been looking at the fuglys for some time now and I think that RG Ultra is a cool looking bike and even more cooler with a tinted recurved windshield.
 
Just saw the same bike at the local dealer and it looks bad ass!! Congrats!!! I am partial to the merlot!
 
Congrats on your new RGU. I built my own a couple of years ago, glad to see your able to buy one now. Great looking bike and love the color.
 
took the wife to bossier city for some gambling this weekend (34th anniversry) and stopped by the hd dealer there and saw a merlot red ultra glide. very nice color and love the bike and especially the 103. just can't see swapping when i have a 09 and have spent a ton on it (like everyone else) making it mine. love my black pearl since you don't see too many of them but that merlot is nice in the sun....
