2010 Nissan Altima or 2010 Mazda 6?

My dad is looking for both base models, 2.5L. We are getting the Mazda6 for $168 biweekly and the Altima for $203 biweekly.

I know the Altima 2.5S has better fuel economy and resale value, but is it worth the extra payment?

We live in Canada so the car prices are higher.
