2010 Mazda 3 or 2008 Jeep Cherokee Laredo?

am soooo stuck between these two vehicles. I love the Jeep because its more spacious and big & I like the Mazda because its good on gas and has more features. The Jeep has 40,000 miles and i'm thinking about getting a 2010 Mazda 3 GT w/ 26,000 miles. Anyone have any advice or comments - that would help greatly. Which one should I go with & why?
