I operate a car rental office and one of my '10 Ford Fusion's cd player is all messed up. Its a 6 disk cd player and according to the display it says that it has all 6 disk slots filled but you cannot eject or play any of the disks. When ever you turn the car on you can here two small whines from the cd player and then its says "cd error". same thing when you try to play them. any ideas on how to resolve this?
