Chris, I understood he was asking about a '10 from the beginning. However, I initially misunderstood which connector he was looking for until my post #6 and realized he was looking for the "rear lights wiring harness" (the connector that controls the rear turn signals/brake light).
When he replied that the connector wasn't under the seat/on top of the fender, I checked the connector listing in the '10 HD Service Manual that identifies connectors by number, their function, and their location and posted that in the reply you quoted.
According to wmfuller, the rear brake lighting harness that should be under the seat/on top of the fender isn't on his bike even though the SM says it should be.
Perhaps you should communicate with HD and let them know their SM manual is incorrect, and their instructions for the Tour Pak turn signal conversion kit are wrong as a result.
Glad you got it installed. When you can, post some pictures of what you found and where you wired the "auxiliary harness" supplied with the kit--may help others avoid what you went through.
