2010 Eastern Cobra bent rim?

I was going really fast when I heard a click and then my back brakes got jammed into the rim and the back wheel stopped moving. Now it has a bent rim. Is there any way I could realign the rim or watever or do I have to buy a whole new rim. I'm going to a bike store so tell me how much this will be. Also, the chain is loose.
 
bike store will have to tell you
if it is too bent, you need a new wheel
if not they can straighten it
you probably can;t
though possibly you can replace the wheel when you get a new one

If its severely bent (Maybe .5 of an inch of wobble), you most likely will need a new rim. If its just a slight wobble, you can get it trued at a bike shop. This costs $20-50, depending on the bike shop. It will be beneficial to learn how to true a wheel yourself.
