Just got a paper in the mail (after we filed of course) we applied for this, but never heard about it. Nobody seems to understand what it is. Do we get a check? Do we just not have to pay? What is it?!!! So confused!!
(My friend got the $8,000 federal one and got a check, we missed it and only could apply for the California one... is it the same or different?)
