200meter dash! not enough energy to sprint it all.?

In middle school I use to be amazing at the 200meter dash, ever since then I haven't been able to sprint a full 200. I know if I can sprint the full 200 I can do good in the event, there isn't much time for me to do cardio work outs to improve cardio because I have a meet coming up in a week, I was wondering if I drink red bull right before the run will it give me more energy? Or what can I do so I can sprint out the full 200? Also is Underarmor suppose to be tight around the armpit? It's not really that tight but it feels uncomfortable if you know what i'm talking about. After this meet I will be working on my cardio but until then what can I actually do so I can sprint the full 200? Energy drinks? Carbs? Last year I was in first place but at the last 90meters I ran out of energy and came in 5th.
