2009 Scion Tc or 2009 Honda Civic coupe or 2008-2009 Toyota Solara?

im a teen getting a car soon and i want the scion tc but however we had a fashion show to raise money for the seniors graduating class and most of them had civic and solaras and fords but no scions?
i like the scion tc?
can someone tell me which car is better and y they have civics mostly?
 
The Honda Civic is a "great little car", and with minimum maintenance is nearly bulletproof. Good resale value and a fun car to drive. I have two. Check out the insurance rates, and please, test drive a Honda Civic si. Drive safe and good luck with your new car.
 
Scion is owned by Toyota, which is a very reliable brand.
Honda is also extremely reliable, that is why so many parents buy them for their kids.
Fords aren't as reliable, stay away from American cars.

The Tc gets a little bit worse gas mileage than a Civic, so take that into consideration. I had a 2006 Civic, and I loved it, but I also like the Scion Tc.
I have driven a Tc and loved it. Get the Tc in a manual. Just as reliable as Hondas, but looks better than them.
 
I'd go with the TC... the Solara is freakin gross looking and the 8th gen Civic is a mess, just check out all the nasty reviews about this car. For some reason people don't like the TC, but my bet is that they have never driven one. It certainly is a more substantial car than the Civic and more reliable too.
